These are tough times, indeed.

Cops arrested a woman after she swapped price tags at the Hustler Hollywood store up in Monroe.  Apparently she slapped a $3.99 sticker  on whatever she was buying that actually costs $14.99.  The cashier got wise, police went to her house, and Lil’ Miss Rubber Dick Discount told police “she is having financial trouble and changed the price because the item is not a necessity, so she felt guilty about spending so much money.”
